Visitors Counter: SealMax Hatchcover Sealing

SealMax is a special inflated tube to seal hatch covers. It consists of an outer tube and an inner tube. The inner tube in fact is the actual inflatable seal; the outer tube is only a protection cover with air release openings and openings for filling valves.

Inflating the SealMax

Roll out the inflatable SealMax on top of the hatch covers parallel on the opening between 2 hatch cover panels.
Lead inflatable SealMax slightly - from the topside into opening between 2 hatch covers panels.
If the opening between the hatch cover panels is inaccessible from the top then slightly pull deflated SealMax via side opening on one of the sides to the other side by means of a rope.
After positioning the SealMax protector, start filling with compressed air via filling valve at cones end by means of the Air-pistol.
The SealMax seal should inflate the maximum space between 2 hatch cover panels.

Deflating.

When deflating the SealMax please open the filling valves at both ends of the SealMax completely. It will take app. 15 minutes to release the tube.
Slightly pull out the tube between the 2 hatch cover panels from the top or from the side.
